2026 Vietnam Building Heating Project: 2 × 1.4 MW CWNS Gas Hot Water Boilers
A building-heating customer in Vietnam needed more heating capacity at peak demand, flexibility as the load changed, and provision for maintenance backup. JINHONG supplied two natural gas hot water boilers with automatic startup, shutdown and rotation, supported by engineering guidance during on-site installation. The project was delivered and put into use in 2026.

Customer Challenge
Heating demand called for a two-boiler arrangement
The customer uses hot water for building space heating. Before purchasing the equipment, the customer faced insufficient heating capacity during demand peaks and a load that varied over time. Maintenance added another practical requirement: retaining some heating availability while a boiler was out of service.
These needs shaped the project around both heating output and the way the equipment would be used. The customer required additional capacity for peak periods, a two-unit arrangement for changing demand, and provision for maintenance backup. JINHONG paired the boiler package with engineering guidance for on-site installation.
Peak demand and changing load
Additional heating capacity, varying demand and maintenance backup were all part of the customer’s brief.
Equipment and installation support
JINHONG supplied the complete boiler package, comprising two CWNS1.4-85/60-Q units. JINHONG engineers guided the on-site installation, connecting equipment supply with practical support for the project team.
JINHONG Solution
Two units, automatic operation and a defined heating duty
JINHONG supplied two CWNS atmospheric natural gas hot water boilers, each rated at 1.4 MW. The arrangement divides the project’s 2.8 MW of installed rated output between two units, with automatic startup, shutdown and rotation.
The two-unit configuration relates directly to the customer’s capacity and maintenance requirements. Each boiler contributes its own 1.4 MW of rated output. When planning maintenance with one unit unavailable, the remaining boiler represents 1.4 MW; the full 2.8 MW rating applies to both units together. Automatic rotation is included in the supplied arrangement to alternate boiler duty.
Technical Configuration
CWNS atmospheric hot water boilers
The project uses natural gas to produce heating water. The 85/60°C designation identifies the rated boiler supply and return water temperatures.
For system-planning principles beyond the confirmed project ratings, review industrial hot-water boiler circulation and expansion design. Final flow, expansion and control settings must follow the actual building circuit.
