PRODUCT OVERVIEW

One Verified DZZ Configuration for Formed Biomass Fuel.

The current DZZ technical data identifies one verified configuration: DZZ2.5-0.8-SCI. It is presented as an automatic biomass steam boiler using formed biomass pellets and forced-draft combustion.

The website does not extend this single verified model into an assumed capacity family. Alternative outputs, pressures or fuels require a separate engineered proposal.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Prepared Biomass Is Metered, Burned and Converted into Saturated Steam.

Formed biomass fuel is delivered to the combustion system and burned with controlled forced-draft air. Heat is transferred to the water side while the flue-gas route carries ash and combustion products toward the selected cleaning equipment.

Treated feedwater enters through the configured pump and control system. Steam leaves through the approved outlet, while pressure, water level and combustion conditions are monitored by the selected protection devices.

Selection boundaryUse the listed values for initial engineering only. The final approved proposal and drawings define the supplied equipment and performance boundary.
01Fuel ConfirmationVerify pellet size, moisture, ash, heating value and availability.
02Automatic FeedingThe approved feeding route meters fuel to the furnace.
03Forced-Draft CombustionAirflow supports stable combustion across the listed load range.
04Steam GenerationHeat converts treated feedwater into saturated steam.
05Flue-Gas TreatmentDust collection, fan and chimney follow emission requirements.

Selection: Confirm the real heat or steam load, operating profile, utility conditions and destination requirements before selecting a model.

Performance: Actual consumption and efficiency depend on delivered energy quality, load, temperatures, tuning, system losses, maintenance and the agreed test boundary.

PROJECT ENGINEERING

Fuel Properties and Emissions Determine the Real Combustion System.

A reliable proposal starts with measured or calculated project data rather than only a nominal model name.
